The yoga tradition offers a profound formula for realizing your heartfelt desires and dreams, without asking you to change who you are. This practice is called Sankalpa (resolve). You check on those desires and resolutions and learn new approaches to correct your trajectory. The workshop will include guided meditation, lecture, some writing, breath work and getting in touch with your true Self. These practices will help you tuning your vision for inner clarity. A short asana practice is included.
