Meditation For Everyone - Mindfulness
Meditation is an art of looking inside and discovering one's own inner being. Meditation leads us not only to totally new inner experiences but helps us also to transform our day-to-day life into a
better, more meaningful and more fulfilling existence. Either you are a
beginner or not, there will be something for you.

The
system of meditation is called Dhyana Yoga. On a high level, there are six major systems of meditation. In this class, you will be guided step by step into one of the systems - Mindfulness Meditation. In order to meditate correctly, you need to have the correct understanding, know the correct method and have correct guidance.

2. The process of meditation
3. What is
Mindfulness Meditation & types?
4. Basic Principles of Mindfulness Meditation
5. The practice of
Mindfulness Meditation(s)
You will be guided into meditation practices that you can take it home, to practice on a daily basis (recommended).
