Name: Tantra Yoga & Financial Independence Q&A and Mindful Meditation
The Yogic wisdom suggests having a balanced life filled with – Purpose, Prosperity, Pleasure, and free from suffering. To achieve this balance it requires will, strength, courage, or power to imagine a life like that. This workshop is an online event at zoom. In three hours we will be going into three segments of one hour each approximately. The following are the segments and will end with a guided mindful meditation.
1. Q & A on Yoga (Asana, Pranayama, Meditation), and Tantra
2. Q & A on financial independence
3. Learn Mindful Meditation
Some of you been practicing Yoga for a while, many times you have questions about certain practices, what is appropriate, if you got it right or need to confirm or want to have a better understanding, please bring those questions. Once the body and mind is taken care of, we will move toward wealth. Being truly wealthy means having harmony among these 5 aspects of your life; money, purpose, mindset, health, and social life. Ever think about financial independence or retiring early? Increasingly, individuals in their 30's to 50's are choosing this path. Bring your questions to this class.
Next, we will learn as to how to stay in the moment and fully enjoy what we have, created and cultivate the state of peace and inner happiness, first understanding the basics and then followed by a guided Mindful meditation.
