January 2016 Vishwa Privates (6) My friend Manoranjan visited from NY with a desire of having spiritual discussion and find out a yogic practice which may suit his busy and stressful life style. Something which he can do on daily basis that can help him reduce his stress and keep him going.We sat together to understand the philosophy and different streams of Yoga and then developed a personalized practice suitable for his current needs. Thus I lead him through a short asana practice, and initiated him into pranayama and meditation.Thanks Manoranjan for giving me this opportunity to guide you on this ancient path of yoga.
