Vishwa Yoga

Authentic Tantric Perspective - Ancient teachings for the modern life

Personal Practice - Manoranjan, NY

My friend Manoranjan visited from NY with a desire of having spiritual discussion and find out a yogic practice which may suit his busy and stressful life style. Something which he can do on daily basis that can help him reduce his stress and keep him going.

We sat together to understand the philosophy and different streams of Yoga and then developed a personalized practice suitable for his current needs. Thus I lead him through a short asana practice, and initiated him into pranayama and meditation.

Thanks Manoranjan for giving me this opportunity to guide you on this ancient path of yoga. Hope you continue on this path and keep the practice alive. Following are some practice moments.

I am very thankful Vishwa for all guidance provided by you. About 18 years back, we used to discuss concepts of Electronics Engineering and now it was very nice experience to refresh and enlarge knowledge of this ancient science. During past one month, I have tried my level best to follow all directions given by you with support of occasional discussion over phone. It is very helpful for present situational requirement of my life. I have got rid of many irritating and lethargic habits. I am yearning to be with you again for few days.

I want to share my recent experience. Due to so-called “hectic schedule”, I skipped my practice during first three weeks of March in recent past. Initially, I was fine but after about one week, mental and physical lethargic feeling engulfed me. Again when I started my practice, I observed gradual change in physical and mental condition. Experience, between doing practice or not, was quite discernible. It may be relevant to someone, so I thought fit to post my experience.
