Tantra of Purpose, Power & Prosperity

Welcome and Namaste! Vishwa teaches authentic Yoga from a Tantric perspective, aiming to balance spiritual and material life by following the Middle Path. He offers comprehensive practices of Tantra Yoga, which may include a focus on Asana, Pranayama, Mudras, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, Mantra, Kriya, and Kundalini using Vinyasa. This systematic approach creates a conscious, energetic, therapeutic, healing, and meditative practice intended to detoxify the physical body, purify and balance the subtle body, resulting in a stress-free mind, and fostering a healthy and joyful relationship with oneself, one's partner, and the community. Based in the Atlanta area, Vishwa has been sharing this ancient wisdom worldwide, including in North America, Latin America, Europe, Africa, and India. Click here to join a FREE Class online.
You are what your deep, driving desire is. As your desire is, so is your will. As your will is, so is your deed. As your deed is, so is your destiny. - Upanishad

Tantra Yoga Branches of Tantric Yoga
  • Hatha Yoga
  • Laya Yoga
  • Raja Yoga
  • Mantra Yoga
Pillars of Tantra
  • Tantra - Techniques/Practices
  • Yantra - Tools/Body
  • Mantra - Sacred sound/Breath
At a foundational level, Hatha Yoga purifies the Nadis, emphasizes Asana and Pranayama, while Laya Yoga dissolves the self-limiting vision, centers around Pratyahara and Dharana, and Raja Yoga focuses on Dhyana leading to Samadhi. Mantra Yoga expedites the practice across all yoga branches by training, protecting, and redirecting the mind inward, from the external world (Prakriti) to the internal source (Purusha).
Each yoga branch incorporates supplementary yoga practices of Prana Yoga, Kriya Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yoga Nidra, Dhyana Yoga, and Pariyanga Yoga etc. Moreover, tools and techniques from one branch are often leveraged in another.
